Drybar - Winter Park at Palm Hills

First time booking an appointment with dry bar. I used the online app to book a blow out and realized I got the day wrong. I realized this when I got the notification my appt was within the hour. I called, apologized and asked to rebook for the same time or close time the following date and they said they were going to have to charge me in full for my missed appt even though I called and explained the situation. They only ended up charging me $25, but still I was very displeased with their lack of understanding as a first time user on their only booking and to dry bar in general. I won’t be buying their products, booking with them or recommending them to my friends.

Always recommend Drybar Winter Park to our clients and friends looking for a fresh blowout to look fabulous for a milestone event or just for the ultimate 'pick-me-up' and self-care. They are even open on Sundays! Anne, Rosie and Jen are amazing stylists that I can personally recommend and have walked out of the salon with perfectly smooth and bouncy hair that holds up in the humidity for days! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the complimentary wine or champagne adds to the wonderful experience!

1000/10 experience! Highly recommend! I came with 2 guests to do a blowout for a wedding and the service was just incredible. The ladies were all super nice, my hair was done in less than an hour, and it’s super affordable. They were very detailed, and I would definitely return for future events. Thank you!

Excellent experience! This was me and my moms first time going to a dry bar and it was amazing. The girls working there are so nice and personable, it’s clean, and they really try to make it a relaxing environment. Definitely will be back!
